In development

A social app that doesn't want anything from you.

Post photos, follow your people, send messages. Nothing is advertised at you, nothing is sold, and nothing you share is used to train anything.

Not live yet — this is the plan, in public. Made by one person, on his own money.

Get it first

Want the first build?

There's nothing to install yet. Leave an address and you'll get one email when there is — the first build if you want to test something unfinished, or just a note on the day it's out.

One email, nothing else. No newsletter, no countdowns, no "just checking in". Reply to it and you're off the list.

Why it exists

Everything fun about posting comes with a tax.

The tax is the feeling before you post. Is this embarrassing? Who's going to see it? Why does it sting that four people liked it?

Valke takes the number away. And the strangers. And the advertising. What's left is the part that was actually fun.

01

It's yours

Your photos and messages belong to you. What you post to your followers is locked before it leaves your phone — not us, not a future owner, not a court order. Post it publicly and it's public; that's your choice, per post.

02

Nothing is sold

No ads, no advertisers, no data brokers, no investors. Right now one person pays for Valke out of his own pocket; later it gets paid for by the people who want it to exist. That's the whole business model, and it's why nothing here needs your attention.

03

Nothing counts

No likes tallied, no follower score, no streaks, no read receipts. You post because you want to, and then you put the phone down.

What it does

The familiar stuff, without the catch.

Post photos

Up to four at a time, with a caption. They look good on a phone screen and they stay yours.

A feed that ends

Newest first, from people you chose. Nothing suggested, nothing promoted, nothing endless.

Likes nobody counts

There's a heart, and only you can see yours. Nobody gets a total — not the person who posted, not us.

No ads means it needs people, not users.

Valke has no investors to please and nothing to sell. If you want a social app that behaves, that's the entire ask.
